Job summary

Ignite. on the Gold Coast is seeking a Media Executive to drive above-the-line advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You will work with the Media & PR Manager, product and creative teams, and media partners to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely and aligned with marketing objectives.

You will manage deadlines, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to high-performing marketing initiatives while enjoying a beachfront Broadbeach office and team events.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in marketing, media, advertising or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of media channels including print, television, radio, outdoor and digital partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating advertising campaigns from planning through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute media campaigns across press, television, radio, outdoor, digital partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage the end-to-end advertising process, including briefing content, reviewing proofs, approvals and publication checks.
• Liaise with publishers, broadcasters, media owners and agency partners to coordinate campaign activity.
• Ensure campaign assets, approvals and deadlines are managed accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain media schedules, campaign calendars and advertising trackers across all brands.
• Produce campaign performance reports, competitor reports and post-campaign analysis.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners.
• Support broader marketing initiatives, partnerships and process improvement opportunities.
