Job summary

Warakirri College seeks a practical and highly organised Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, presentation, safety and operation of all campuses across NSW. You will manage facilities, coordinate contractors and maintain records while travelling between sites and providing after-hours support.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A current driver's licence and relevant qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, maintenance or asset management; school experience preferred.
• Strong practical maintenance and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating projects.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and compliance obligations.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and facilities help desk software.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities, maintenance and grounds across multiple campuses.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and essential services.
• Maintain contractor registers, compliance records, asset registers and PM schedules.
• Support campuses with maintenance audits and safety culture development.
• Lead facilities/refurbishment projects and assist with WHS compliance.
