Job summary

Pinpoint Talent is seeking an MSP Transition Change Lead to drive the change aspects of moving IT services to a new MSP. You will partner with the internal transition team, the incoming MSP, current providers and business stakeholders to ensure readiness for new service arrangements.

The role focuses on change management, ITSM alignment and stakeholder engagement, translating future-state processes into practical impacts while developing readiness and communications plans for a complex

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading organisational change within complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and operational service management processes.
• Experience coordinating across multi-vendor environments with internal tech teams, MSPs, suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate future-state service processes into clear impacts for teams and operations.
• Proven capability to develop and drive stakeholder engagement, change, communications and readiness plans.
• Excellent written communication to simplify complex transition issues.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the change management activities for the MSP transition.
• Collaborate with the transition team, MSP, existing providers and business stakeholders.
• Develop readiness and communications plans and drive execution across impacted teams.
• Identify training, knowledge transfer and organisational readiness requirements.
• Work autonomously, set priorities quickly and deliver within time-critical transition windows.
