Job summary

First Focus IT is seeking an experienced Incident & Change Manager to own and shape the Incident and Change Management functions. You’ll lead major incident responses, drive improvements and ensure robust change controls, working with teams across the business with autonomy.

You’ll own the performance and maturity of these functions and align with our goal of continuous service delivery improvements in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Incident Management and Change Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify problems, analyse trends and drive improvements.
• Strong judgement, organisation and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident response, coordinating decisions and actions to resolution.
• Improve the quality of Incident Management through audits and post-incident reviews.
• Own the effectiveness of Change Management with standards, controls and automation.
• Drive improvement across both functions by turning problems into practical improvements.
