Job summary

ConnectWise in Melbourne is seeking a Sales Engineer to assess the application of products and collaborate with the Sales team to generate pipeline and drive adoption through implementation and onboarding.

The role requires a strong MSP background, pre-sales/demo experience, and business management know-how (PSA, ticketing, sales ops) to translate capabilities into customer value. Hybrid work and travel are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years in relevant sales engineering/MSP environments.
• Experience with CPQ and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to the Sales team with demos and PoCs.
• Researches and documents findings to show value to customers.
• Delivers technical training and communicates feedback for product development.
• Represents product and services; demonstrates capabilities to address customer needs.
• Prepares input for technical RFPs/RFQs and supports onboarding.
