MSM Milling Pty. Ltd. in Manildra, NSW, is seeking Harvest Casuals for the canola harvest period.

Roles involve sampling, data entry and supporting lab operations across multiple sites (Manildra, Maryvale or Gunningbland). Onsite training is provided and availability for 4–6 weeks starting mid-late Oct 2026 is required. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain grain samples from trucks arriving on site.
• Analyse grain samples against quality specifications.
• Enter data into company systems accurately and timely.
• Provide general support to the laboratory supervisor and staff.
• Complete weighbridge operations and input truck data and weights.
• Monitor the unloading of seed into sheds or silos.
• Maintain a clean workplace by shoveling and sweeping dust.
• Adhere to WHS policies and safety procedures at all times.

MSM Milling - Harvest Casuals - Multiple Opportunities

MSM Milling is a modern totally integrated oilseed crushing, refining & packing facility. Our state-of-the-art plant is regionally based in Manildra, NSW. Our processing operation predominately transforms canola seed, bought directly from farmers into value added oil and meal products.

We have multiple casual opportunities throughout this harvest period to assist us in delivering an outstanding service to growers and customers.

Harvest Casuals (Multiple Roles)

During this canola harvest period, Harvest Casuals will be the first point of contact for growers and truck drivers coming onto our sites located at Manildra, Maryvale or Gunningbland. You will be responsible for taking seed samples, analysing samples against quality specifications, data entry and providing support to our teams as needed. These activities are always to be done with a priority on safety. No experience is necessary as onsite training will be provided.

Successful applicants will need to be available full time for approximately 4-6 weeks expecting to commence in mid-late October 2026.

Therolewill be required to:

• Obtain grain samples from trucks coming onsite.
• Analyse grain samples against quality specifications.
• Enter data into our systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide general support to the laboratory supervisor and staff.
• Complete weighbridge operations including entering truck data and weight into our systems in line with compliance regulations.
• Monitor the unloading of seed into the shed or silos.
• Ensure a clean workplace including shoveling and sweeping dust; and
• Always maintain a safe work environment and actively participate in WHS policy & procedures.
