Job summary
Wild Tech is seeking a Lead / Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join its Microsoft Enterprise team. The role is hands-on across pre-sales, design, delivery, go-live and support, with client-facing responsibility and a path to senior leadership.
This hybrid Sydney-based position offers two in-office days (Wild Wednesdays) and onboarding support, access to certification pathways, ongoing training, and health and wellbeing benefits.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience or 10+ Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Strong expertise in Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Centre or Sales.
- Solid pre-sales capability with the ability to articulate solution value.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform.
- Excellent business analysis and process design skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of Copilot and AI capabilities across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.
- Relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications (highly desirable).

- Delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

- Supporting UAT, training and post-go-live activities.
- Working in Agile / Iterative delivery environments using Azure DevOps.
- Providing high-quality support to Managed Services customers via JIRA Service Desk.

This is a senior, hands-on consulting role where you’ll work across the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution design through delivery, go‑live and ongoing support.

You’ll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Delivery Managers, and our AI & Innovation team, contributing to some genuinely exciting innovation initiatives.
