Griffith University is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to drive meaningful MS research. You will manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials at the Griffith Clinical Trial Unit on the Gold Coast campus, coordinating enrolment, visits, and trial management with high integrity.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or health-related field and have demonstrated experience coordinating clinical trials, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Nursing or a health-related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating clinical trials.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the conduct of the clinical research trial at the Griffith site, including participant enrolment and ongoing management.
• Perform in-person participant reviews and assessments (e.g., ECGs, phlebotomy, cognitive assessments) as outlined in the trial protocol.
• Liaise with ancillary service providers, such as neurologists, pharmacy, and hospital staff, to ensure the coordination of all participant study assessments.
• Maintain accurate trial records and perform data processing, verification, and management to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines and the Therapeutic Goods Administration, Australian Clinical Trials regulations.
