Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced MRP & BOM Administrator in Belrose, NSW. You will maintain BOMs, MRP data, and production planning information within our ERP system to support Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering teams.

You’ll read engineering drawings, manage data with accuracy, and help ensure materials are available on time for manufacturing. Join a global leader with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in MRP/ERP, manufacturing or production planning.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Experience with Syteline or similar ERP is a plus.
• Qualifications in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Business desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials from engineering drawings.
• Develop manufacturing routings and production steps.
• Maintain item master, planning and MRP data in the ERP.
• Review MRP requirements and material shortages.
• Manage supplier data, pricing and sourcing.
• Ensure system data drives purchasing decisions.
• Update BOMs and routings after engineering changes.
• Investigate data discrepancies affecting production.
• Generate BOM and MRP reports for process improvements.
• Support products like racking, conveyors, AGVs and control panels.
