Job summary

City of Parramatta in New South Wales is seeking a Concrete Crew - Civil Maintenance Labourer & Driver to join our outdoor team. You will combine MR manual truck driving with hands-on concrete labour, helping maintain and repair Parramatta’s roads and civil infrastructure.

You will operate formwork tools, place and finish concrete, drive trucks to load materials, and support the crew to pour safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Works such as concrete placement and finishing.
• Ability to drive MR manual transmission trucks safely.
• Collaborative with other teams to support the crew.

Responsibilities

• Help place and finish concrete across Parramatta with hands-on work.
• Use hand and power tools to set up formwork and prepare sites.
• Operate plant and machinery for concrete placement and finishing.
• Drive trucks to load/unload materials for the civil team.
• Follow instructions to complete pours safely and on time.
• Assist with excavation and site prep to keep jobs running smoothly.
