Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a reliable MR Delivery Driver to join our busy North Coast team. This hands-on role involves local multi-drop deliveries to Kyogle, Brunswick Heads and Casino, with no long-haul or overnight driving.

We offer consistent full-time hours, a competitive pay rate, and a welcoming environment for experienced drivers or those looking to build a career in transport. You will load, unload, conduct vehicle checks, and provide professional customer service at delivery

Qualifications

• Current MR Licence (minimum requirement).
• Delivery/ courier experience preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit for daily manual handling.
• Strong commitment to safety and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete local multi-drop deliveries throughout the North Coast region.
• Load, unload and secure freight for transport.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and records as required.
• Follow all road safety and company procedures.
• Assist with warehouse and freight handling duties when required.

This is a hands‑on role involving multi‑drop deliveries to locations including Kyogle, Brunswick Heads and Casino, with no long‑haul or overnight driving required. Duties

• Complete local multi‑drop deliveries throughout the North Coast region


• Safely load, unload and secure freight for transport


• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic safety checks


• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule


• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations


• Maintain delivery paperwork and records as required


• Follow all road safety and company procedures


• Assist with general warehouse and freight handling duties when required

Skills and Experience

• Current MR Licence (minimum requirement)


• Previous courier, transport or delivery driving experience preferred but not essential


• Physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the day


• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety


• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently


• Good communication and customer service skills


• Clean driving history and strong work ethic


• Must have no current injuries that would impact manual work duties
