Job summary

Synergie Group in Queanbeyan invites applications for a reliable MR Licensed Truck Driver to join our team. The role blends driving, customer service and warehouse duties across a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will complete deliveries, manage daily routes, maintain safety standards and support warehouse operations as needed. This is a well-paid, stable position with an established team.

Qualifications

• MR Licence required and current.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• WHS requirements and SOP adherence.
• Police check required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and planned customer calls daily.
• Manage daily routes, schedules and priorities autonomously.
• Identify sales growth opportunities with customers.
• Resolve customer issues and make sound decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Wash and clean trucks weekly.
• Assist with warehouse put-away, replenishment and stock movement.
• Prepare orders for distribution.
• Adhere to WHS requirements and SOPs.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated MR Licensed Truck Driver to join our team in Queanbeyan, Canberra.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, building strong customer relationships, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and planned customer calls each day.
• Work autonomously while managing daily routes, schedules and priorities.
• Identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities with customers, with sales materials provided.
• Resolve customer issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Wash and clean trucks inside and outside at a local car wash on a weekly basis.
• Complete put-away, replenishment and movement of stock within the warehouse.
• Pick, wrap and prepare orders for distribution.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures, WHS requirements and SOPs.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required to support daily operations.

About You

• Current MR Driver’s Licence.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Comfortable working between delivery, customer service and warehouse duties.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Police Check required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
