Job summary

Synergie currently seeks a reliable MR Licensed Truck Driver to join our Queanbeyan team. You will be responsible for completing deliveries, maintaining routes, and providing excellent customer service while supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Ideal candidates are punctual, safety-conscious and able to work independently, with experience on the road and a commitment to strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• MR Driver's Licence required.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Polie Check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and planned customer calls each day.
• Work autonomously while managing daily routes, schedules and priorities.
• Identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities with customers, with sales materials provided.
• Resolve customer issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Wash and clean trucks on a weekly basis.
• Complete put-away, replenishment and movement of stock within the warehouse.
• Pick, wrap and prepare orders for distribution.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures, WHS requirements and SOPs.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required to support daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, building strong customer relationships, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and planned customer calls each day.
• Work autonomously while managing daily routes, schedules and priorities.

About You

• Current MR Driver's Licence.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Comfortable working between delivery, customer service and warehouse duties.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Police Check required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We Offer
