Job summary

Synergie Group is seeking a reliable MR Licensed Truck Driver to join our team in Queanbeyan, Canberra. The role focuses on delivering to customers, building relationships, and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include route management, stock put-away, order preparation and maintaining safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Current MR Driver’s Licence is required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and planned customer calls each day.
• Manage daily routes, schedules and priorities autonomously.
• Identify sales growth opportunities with customers with provided materials.
• Resolve customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Wash and clean trucks weekly.
• Perform warehouse duties including put-away, replenishment and order preparation.
• Adhere to site safety procedures and WHS requirements.

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated MR Licensed Truck Driver to join our team in Queanbeyan, Canberra.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, building strong customer relationships, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and planned customer calls each day.
• Work autonomously while managing daily routes, schedules and priorities.
• Identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities with customers, with sales materials provided.
• Resolve customer issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Wash and clean trucks inside and outside at a local car wash on a weekly basis.
• Complete put-away, replenishment and movement of stock within the warehouse.
• Pick, wrap and prepare orders for distribution.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures, WHS requirements and SOPs.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required to support daily operations.

About You

• Current MR Driver’s Licence.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Comfortable working between delivery, customer service and warehouse duties.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Police Check required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We Offer
