Responsibilities

• Join and operate within the quarry as a MPU Operator.
• Ensure safe mixing and transportation of explosives.
• Adhere to operational protocols and safety regulations.

Skills

Previous experience as a MPU Operator within quarrying operations

Standard 11 or willingness to obtain

QLD Explosives Security Clearance Card OR ability to obtain one

Statement of Attainment or proven training in conducting mobile mixing of explosives

Excellent communication skills

Ability to pass pre-employment checks

The Role:

We are on the lookout for experienced, hard-working and motivatedMPU Operators to join our growing Platinum family,we have permanent fulltime positions available within theIsaac region for our Quarries site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, these positions will be offered on a 7:7 even time roster with flexible travel arrangements dependent on site and location.

You will have:

• Previous experience as a MPU Operator within quarrying operations
• Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
• QLD Explosives Security Clearance Card OR ability to obtain one
• Statement of Attainment or proven training in conducting mobile mixing of explosives
• A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
• Fit, healthy, and ready to do the hard yards
• The ability to pass pre-employment checks inclusive of medicals and national background checks
