Reporting to the Area Operations Supervisor, the purpose of this position is to operate an Open Cut MPU in a safe and efficient manner in order to provide a quality product for the purpose of blasting at the site. The MPU Operator will be responsible for the delivery of emulsion based explosives in alignment with the services supplied on site. And with a strong commitment to upskilling and progressing your career throughout the company, you'll be on the fast track to success.

Additionally, numerous exploration and appraisal activities related to gas and coal are ongoing. The Collinsville vicinity is drained in a northward direction by the Bowen River, after which both the river and the basin were named, honouring Queensland's inaugural Governor, Sir George Bowen. Dyno presently provides down-the-hole services across several locations within the Bowen Basin.
This role could be placed at any of our Northern Bowen Basin sites, Coppabella Mine, Moorvale, Goonyella, Peak Downs, Saraji, and Daunia.
