Job summary

Workfast is seeking an experienced Water Cart / Moxy Operator to join the Recycling and Waste Management team in Larapinta, QLD. You will operate Moxy/Articulated Dump Trucks and Water Carts, transport materials, and support safe, efficient site operations.

Essentially you bring a valid RII Moxy/ADT Ticket or VOC, HR licence, and a solid track record in similar environments. A pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Moxy/Articulated Dump Trucks in waste, recycling, quarry, civil, or similar environments.
• Current pre-start checks on mobile plant equipment.
• Valid RII Moxy/ADT Ticket or VOC is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Moxy/Articulated Dump Trucks and Water Carts safely within recycling and waste management.
• Transport waste and materials across the site.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance.
• Work with Supervisors to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

Workfast is looking for an experienced Water Cart / Moxy Operator to join our Recycling and Waste Management Team in, Larapinta ,QLD.

We are actively seeking a dedicated Moxy Operator to join our Recycling and Waste Management team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Moxy/Articulated Dump Trucks/ Water Carts safely and efficiently within a recycling and waste management environment.
• Transport waste, recyclable materials, and site materials across the facility.
• Work around stockpiles and active machinery while maintaining safe operating procedures.
• Assist with loading, dumping, and moving materials to maintain production targets.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Work closely with supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
• Follow all relevant site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional site duties when required.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience operating Moxy/Articulated Dump Trucks in waste, recycling, quarry, civil, or similar environments.
• experience we pre starting checks on Mobile plant equipment
• Current RII Moxy/ADT Ticket or VOC required.
• Valid HR Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
