Job summary

NW Mining & Civil seeks multi skilled operators for a tin mine project near Mount Garnet, Queensland. Start ASAP to work on building a tailings dam and operating the production pit over ~2.5 years. Roles include operating a 60t Volvo Moxy and a Cat 980 Loader, with a small, focused team and strong safety culture.

Roster is Mon–Fri with 12-hour shifts. Local Mount Garnet candidates preferred; meals and accommodation provided for BIBO from Cairns/Innisfail/Atherton, sharing facilities.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of on-site experience required.
• Must be a team player with strong safety ethic.
• Good communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 60t Volvo Moxy and Cat 980 Loader.
• Assist in building tailings dam and running the production pit.
• Follow roster, safety procedures and site inductions.
