Job summary

Element Queensland is seeking Mowing & Brush Cutting Operators to join our Sunshine Coast and Brisbane teams. You will implement Grounds Maintenance Services for our valued clients, focusing on efficient mowing, brush cutting and general landscape upkeep.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will bring proven experience, sound machinery operation and strong attention to detail. A Certificate III in Parks and Gardens is advantageous but not essential; we offer weekly pay and long-term

• Proven experience within the industry.
• Proven experience with all machinery operation & maintenance requirements.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement Grounds Maintenance Services for existing clients.
• Operate mowing and brush-cutting machinery to maintain outdoor spaces.

We have an outstanding opportunity for focused and energetic Mowing & Brush Cutting Operatorsto join our teams located In the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Regions .

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Grounds Maintenance Services to our existing valued clients.
