Job summary

Programmed is seeking Mowing Operators to join our outdoor maintenance team in Melbourne's Epping area. The role offers full-time work on a major grounds contract, with opportunities to contribute to high-quality landscaping and site presentation.

Ideal candidates will have gardening and landscaping experience, a current driver’s license and a white card, with MR license benefiting the role. A strong commitment to safety is essential.

Nature of position: Full-Time,

Location: Epping, Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero turn mowers and other small plant equipment
• Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
• Gardening, mulching, slashing and whipping, brush cutting and planting
• Ensure the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard
• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have

• Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
• Current driver's license & white card - MR license is beneficial
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems
