Job summary

Programmed Property Services is seeking Tractor Operator / Wider Area Mower Operator to join our outdoor maintenance team. You will operate a range of commercial tractors and mowing equipment, ensuring sites are well maintained and presented to a high standard while complying with safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have experience with tractors and wide area/out-front/zero-turn mowers, hold a current driver’s license, and possess a white card.

Qualifications

• Experience operating tractors and wide area/out-front/zero-turn mowers.
• Current driver’s license and white card; MR license beneficial.
• Commitment to safety and quality OH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of commercial tractors, wide area mowers, and small plant equipment.
• Use mowing equipment including brush cutters and blowers.
• Report assets during maintenance visits using required tech.
• Maintain sites to a high standard and presentable condition.
• Comply with all OH&S processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of commercial Tractors, Wide Area, out-front, and zero-turn mowers, as well as other small plant equipment.
• Use commercial small plant Mowing equipment including brush Cutters and blowers.
• Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
• Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures.

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience operating machinery and open space maintenance, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.

Additionally, you will have:

• Previous experience in operation and maintenance of Tractors, Wide Area, out-front, and zero-turn mowers
• A current driver's license and white card (MR license is beneficial).
• A professional approach to the workplace.
• The ability to execute work to a high standard.
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
