Job summary

Programmed is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker based in Belmont to join a team servicing commercial locations across various sites. You will travel between sites in a company van, performing mowing, whipper snipping, litter collection, window cleaning and site photography using an iPad.

The role requires a valid driver’s licence, current White Card, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Job description

Our client based in Belmont is currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to join their team. This role involves travelling between sites using a company-provided Programmed van, servicing a variety of commercial locations.

You will primarily be working across Service Stations, Reece Plumbing, and a small number of Officeworks sites, ensuring grounds are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Push mowing
• Brush cutting / whipper snipping
• Litter collection across sites
• Cleaning cobwebs
• Window cleaning
• Taking site photos and uploading via iPad
• Completing site inductions as required

Requirements (Essential)

• Valid Driver's Licence
• Current White Card
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Monday to Friday
• Summer hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Winter hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

$33.75 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

• Takes pride in maintaining clean and presentable sites
