Job summary

Workfast are seeking a Mower Operator at their Moorabbin, VIC depot. This casual role offers full-time hours with PPE provided and is a pathway to permanent opportunities.

Expect 6:30 am start Monday to Friday, with standard breaks. You will operate front deck and ride-on mowers, perform maintenance, and travel between sites while upholding OH&S standards.

Qualifications

• Observe OH&S standards.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Experience with front deck and ride-on mowers plus gardening.
• Current Vic Driver's Licence (MR desirable).
• Clear Criminal History.
• Pre-employment medical check.
• WWCC (Working with children check).

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of large and small open space grass parks with mowers and other horticultural machinery.
• Brush cutting.
• General maintenance.
• Travel to various locations.
• Assisting team where necessary.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding duties.
• Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
