Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Moulding to lead maintenance, tooling, calibration, and equipment reliability within the moulding manufacturing environment. You will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience with moulding equipment and plant machinery.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Experience with GMP-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for moulding operations to maximise uptime and reliability.
• Develop and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee calibration activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity gains.
• Provide leadership to maintenance technicians and cross-functional teams.
