Job summary

Morgan & Wacker Harley-Davidson in Sydney is seeking a Motorcycle Salesperson to drive new and used bike sales on the showroom floor, provide outstanding customer support, and guide riders through test rides. You'll liaise with workshop, parts and accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike, participate in Saturday shifts, and leverage a premium brand in a commission-based environment.

Strong communication, a motorcycle licence, and passion for quality are essential to thrive

Qualifications

• Knowledge of selling techniques in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to use lead management, ordering and reporting systems daily.
• Licensing: open motorcycle license preferred; LAMS or Restricted licenses accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support on the showroom floor and generate sales for new and used motorcycles.
• Take customers on test rides.
• Liaise with workshop, parts & accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike.

We are looking for applicants with

• Sales Expertise:Prior experience in car sales or commission-based roles preferred. Experience with 'A Road to Sale'.
• Computer Literacy:Proficient in using lead management, ordering and reporting systems daily.
• Licensing:Open motorcycle license preferred; LAMS or Restricted licenses accepted.
• Availability:Saturday work is mandatory.
• Passion for Quality:Enthusiastic about representing a premium brand.

As a Motorcycle Salesperson you:

• Areresponsible for providing customer support and service on the showroom floor
• Will generate sales for new and used motorcycles
• Take customers on test rides
• Liaise with all departments including workshop, parts & accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike!

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a motorcycle licence
• Be a great communicator and love to sell
• Be ambitious and actively pursue all sales leads and enquiries.
• Be available to work each Saturday
