Central Coast Harley-Davidson in West Gosford, NSW, is seeking a bright and motivated Merchandise & Apparel Salesperson. You will represent a premier brand, helping customers select premium Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, and lifestyle merchandise while delivering outstanding service.

You will drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and promotions, and contribute to visual merchandising and showroom displays.

About the Role

You’ll be the face of our retail showroom—delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and driving merchandise sales in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
• Create a warm, engaging experience and build lasting customer relationships
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, riding gear, helmets, and accessories
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and promotions
• Promote new arrivals, campaigns, and in-store events
• Handle enquiries (in-store and phone) professionally and efficiently
• Process POS transactions accurately (cash and EFTPOS/card)
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

Retail & Merchandising

• Create and maintain visually engaging, showroom-ready displays
• Use your styling flair to present merchandise in a fresh and compelling way
• Receive, check, and replenish stock
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and inviting retail environment
• Support stocktakes and inventory control
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and HOG (Harley Owners Group) activities

What You’ll Bring

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience (fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or similar preferred)
• A bright, confident personality with the ability to connect and sell
• A strong eye for styling, presentation, and merchandising
• Experience with POS and inventory systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
