Randstad Australia in Norwest, Sydney, is seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant specializing in motor vehicle claims. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience as the primary contact during the claims lifecycle.

You will manage new claim notifications, assess coverage, gather evidence, liaise with insurers and repairers, and guide clients with professionalism. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$110,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end motor vehicle claims within a brokerage or insurer environment.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service with a track record of top-tier service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English and Hindi is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process new claim notifications and manage a portfolio of motor vehicle claims from notification to final settlement.
• Serve as the primary contact for insureds, guiding them through the claims lifecycle with empathy and professionalism.
• Interpret policy wording to assess coverage and liabilities, applying excess, warranties, or exclusions.
• Collect documentation, police reports, and damage assessments to verify claims and ensure precise estimation.
• Liaise with insurers, assessors, repairers, and third parties to drive fair and timely outcomes for clients.
