Job summary

Dubbo City Toyota in Dubbo NSW is seeking qualified Automotive Technicians to join our service department. Successful candidates will repair and maintain a range of vehicles, perform scheduled maintenance, and complete repair orders within allocated time while upholding safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and ideally 3+ years of trade experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trade-qualified Automotive Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Job Description

Dubbo City Toyota (Part of Servco Australia), is the only dealership in Dubbo to earn the Green Stamp for its sustainability practices. Dubbo City Toyota has previously been recognised by Toyota Australia by winning its President’s Award (the Pinnacle of Excellence) as well as the Australian Toyota Dealer of the year award. The company is currently seeking to recruit several qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics to join their Service Department in Dubbo NSW.

Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

• Extensive experience in repairs and maintenance in line with the manufacturers’ requirements for all make and models
• The ability to perform scheduled maintenance servicing
• The capacity to service and repair vehicles as per the repair order with the allocated time
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Strong diagnostics capabilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Trade qualified Automotive Technician
• Ability to work in a team environment
