Job summary

Employment Specialists Ltd is seeking an experienced Third Party Motor Claims Handler in a fast-growing insurance environment, handling all aspects of third party motor claims and delivering a high-quality claims experience.

You will manage your own caseload up to £50,000, explain liability decisions, negotiate settlements, and liaise with internal and external partners, while maintaining strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Claims, handling all aspects of Third Party Motor claims, up to a value of £50,000
• Clearly explain decisions on liability and negotiating settlement as economically and efficiently as possible
• Evaluate quantum by gathering relevant evidence, adjusting reserves in accordance with company reserving processes
• Liaising with internal and external partners at all levels
• Ensure Customers are kept up to date with the progression of their claim
• Develop relationships with clients by providing a friendly, efficient service
