Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. (RAC) is seeking a Claims Specialist to support our Motor Assessing team from our Welshpool office and remotely where appropriate. You will handle claims inquiries, referrals, and provide administrative support to assessors and managers.

We are looking for a Claims Specialist to join our established and high preforming Motor Assessing team at our Welshpool office. On a daily basis this role will be accountable for providing administrative support and referral point to the Motor Assessors and Motor Assessing Managers whilst ensuring a consistent delivery of insurance claims services to our members. This is achieved by having great conversations over the phone and by accurate information recording on our systems. We currently have a Permanent opportunity as well as a 12month Secondment/Contract available.
