Employer Sponsored Jobs seeks an experienced Motel Manager to oversee the full operation of a Victoria motel on a live-on site basis. The role requires confident leadership, guest services management and contribution to commercial performance.
The ideal candidate will bring proven motel/hotel management experience, strong decision-making skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a reliable and welcoming guest experience. Flexibility to manage day-to-day operations is essential.

- Proven experience in motel, hotel or accommodation management.

Mansioni
- Take overall responsibility for the daily operation of the motel and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
- Lead and support front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest service functions.
- Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Build a positive team environment and support ongoing staff development.
- Maintain high guest service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor occupancy, bookings, revenue and overall business performance.
- Manage operational budgets and identify practical opportunities to control costs.

- Ensure the property meets required health, safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvements to rooms, facilities and equipment.
