Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Head of Finance, Mortgages Business Partnering in Sydney to lead the finance partnership for the Mortgages business, delivering strategic financial leadership, planning, forecasting and decisive decision support.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape financial performance, identify opportunities for growth, strengthen governance and lead a collaborative finance team across investment, pricing, capital and transformation.

Qualifications

Strong commercial and strategic finance capability with ability to connect financial performance to customer, risk and business outcomes.
Ability to analyse complex information and turn it into clear commercial messages and actionable insights.
Extensive financial control expertise with professional qualification like CA/CPA.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance partnership for the Mortgages business, providing strategic financial leadership.
Shape financial performance, planning, forecasting and major business decisions.
Strengthen governance, control and accountability across the Mortgages portfolio.
