Ethos360 is seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor in Sydney, with two established locations. You’ll be trained across the full broking process from application through settlement, working closely with experienced brokers.

In your first year you’ll build operational knowledge and own pipeline management and client coordination. In years two and three you’ll shift toward sales, winning and retaining business, referral-partner networking, and developing broker-level skills to prepare
