Role Description This full-time Mortgage Broker role is a hybrid work arrangement, combining office-based work with some work from home. You have the flexibilty to choose from working either from our Five Dock or Rooty Hill office. The Mortgage Broker will consult with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their borrowing capacity, and recommend suitable loan and finance products. Daily responsibilities include preparing and submitting loan applications, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders, and managing the process through to settlement. The role involves conducting debt consolidation assessments, reviewing existing loan structures, and identifying opportunities to improve clients’ financial positions. The Mortgage Broker will also contribute to mortgage marketing activities, maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance, and provide ongoing client support and education.
