Job summary

Metrix Group, a proudly Australian owned family company, is seeking an experienced shift supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Melbourne. The role involves hands-on supervision, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring processes run to schedule with attention to quality and safety.

You will motivate the team, operate CNC equipment, and handle packing, quality checks, and dispatch tasks. A high-energy, problem-solving leader with strong mechanical aptitude is preferred.

• 10+ years in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the production team to meet targets and schedules.
• Operate CNC equipment and monitor production processes.
• Pack and quality check finished products.
• Load and unload deliveries and manage dispatch activities.
• Support other duties as required to keep production running smoothly.
