Entegris is seeking a Mold Technician to join the team at our site in Chaska. You will set up production runs, handle mold changes, and maintain auxiliary equipment to ensure quality and steady production flow. This role offers clear advancement paths to setup technician, trainers, leads, and supervisors.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, with a 10PM-6AM Monday-Friday schedule and benefits to support career growth and personal development at Entegris.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of mechanical or injection molding setup experience preferred.
• Basic math, computer literacy, and accurate data entry skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Competency using powered hand tools, fasteners, and measurement devices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for safety and quality.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting ability in mechanical or process-based environments.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 6S, or waste reduction initiatives.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Commitment to safety, adherence to procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up production runs in the press and maintain auxiliary equipment.
• Perform press TPMs and mold removal for cleaning/repairs.
• Complete setup, shutdown, and barrel purge procedures.
• Monitor molded parts for visual and dimensional conformity and take corrective action.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 6S).
• Support broader production goals and maintain a clean work area.
