Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery throughout the shift to ensure smooth operation.
• Identify early signs of mechanical issues and minimise downtime.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production targets.
• Perform full set-ups and changeovers of dies and moulds as required.
• Dismantle components safely for cleaning, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with maintenance for escalated repairs.
• Clean production equipment to prevent contamination.
