Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking a qualified Factory Supervisor to lead production teams at Crestmead, QLD. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day factory activities, supervise trades and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to high-quality standards.

You will drive productivity, manage labour and materials, review schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced modular construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction, manufacturing or production teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes and compliance.
• Experience leading trade-based teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Commitment to WHSEQ policies and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day factory production activities to deliver projects safely on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise Fleetwood employees and subcontractors across production activities.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project delivery requirements.
• Manage and approve employee timesheets and monitor overtime requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and WHSEQ compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
