Job summary

Glencore Technology in Brisbane, QLD, Australia is seeking an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end delivery of modular flotation concentrator plants up to 1,000,000 t/y. You will own flowsheet and throughput decisions from feasibility to commissioning and ramp-up, coordinating metallurgy, EPC/EPCM and OEM scopes, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Director of Technologies, the role includes travel and collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 10+ years in project delivery with minerals experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget in mineral processing.
• Experience with flotation or concentrator projects, including commissioning and ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modular concentrator projects from feasibility through commissioning and ramp-up.
• Own flowsheet and throughput decisions through to first production.
• Coordinate metallurgy, EPC/EPCM and OEM scopes with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships.
• Meet safety, cost, quality, schedule and margin targets.
• Support Growth and Sales to evaluate project viability.
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members.
• Prepare and present to key stakeholders.
