Zusammenfassung

Prebuilt is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in Melbourne from conception through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 5+ years of PM experience, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6.

Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Create project schedules and timelines.
