As theMOC Duty Manager, you will be accountable for Qantas Engineering Operations while working closely with the Manager IOC Operations. You will act as the primary escalation point, decisionmaker and operational focal for Engineering, playing a critical role in balancing airworthiness, operationalperformanceand commercial outcomes.
You will lead and manage a non-shift team of engineering specialists with the primaryobjectiveof ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of the Qantas fleet, while optimizingaircraftavailability, on timeperformance and AOG recovery. As the key operational interface between Engineering, IOCand Flight Operations, you will be empowered to influence decisions with significant operational and commercial impact.
