Job summary

Independent Living Specialists Pty is seeking a hands-on, full-time Warehouse Assembly Technician to join our team in Eastern Creek, NSW. The role involves assembling, configuring and maintaining complex rehabilitation equipment, preparing demo and trial gear, and working closely with clinical and warehouse teams to deliver life-changing solutions.

The successful candidate will have warehouse or technical experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and work with assistive technology is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment including wheelchairs and seating systems.
• Prepare demonstration and trial equipment for customer appointments.
• Make equipment adjustments and minor modifications as required.
• Identify equipment faults and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, functional and trial-ready.
• Maintain accurate asset records and storage locations.
