Job summary

Country Care Group in Townsville, QLD is seeking a Delivery Driver (Specialist) to deliver mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters and walking frames to homes and aged care facilities. You will set up equipment and demonstrate usage, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Role requires an unrestricted driver's licence; forklift licence is advantageous, and compliance with police checks, NDIS worker screening, and vaccination requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's licence required.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills.
• Physically fit for manual handling and delivery tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and customer focus.
• Police clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• NDIS worker check willingness.
• Evidence of Covid vaccination and flu vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialised mobility equipment to private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals.
• Set up and demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Unload and load stock from trucks and containers.
• Receive, pick, and pack stocks and process transport consignments.
• Maintain cleanliness of returned hire stock per policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
