Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and mobilisation for our Asset Services division from our Wattleup office in WA, Australia. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering high service levels to our clients and internal stakeholders, with mobility across sites as required.

You will mobilise employees to sites, manage rostering, book inductions, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role (must have).
• Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew).
• Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
• Good communication skills both verbally and in written correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
• Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
• Client liaison and engagement.
• Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
• Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
• To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.
• Assist Site Superintendent with adhoc tasks
