Job summary

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West division is seeking Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Port & East Pilbara Workforce Management Team based in our Perth Head Office. Reporting to the Workforce Team Lead, you will liaise with sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation and crew retention.

This is a Permanent Full‑Time role on a Monday to Friday roster. You will support client projects with major operators, contribute to onboarding efficiency, and

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in mobilisation, site or project administration within resources sector.
• Client systems experience such as SAP, INX, SuccessFactors and Enable are essential.
• Proven ability to monitor mobilisation compliance (medicals, trainings, PPE, inductions, etc.).
• Excellent time management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sites to meet operational mobilisation requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation processes for employees.
• Monitor mobilisation compliance (medicals, trainings, PPE, inductions).
• Support crew retention and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with site representatives and management to deliver mobilisation.

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West division is seeking Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Port & East Pilbara Workforce Management Team based in our Perth Head Office. Reporting to the Workforce Team Lead, you will utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation and crew retention. The Port and East Pilbara team work with a range of clients, including FMG, BHP, Rio Tinto and Roy Hill, providing a diverse work portflio where no day is the same! This is a Permanent Opportunity, on a Monday to Friday roster.

What you’ll bring:

• 2-5 years' experience in a mobilisation, site or project administration role within the resources sector.
• Client systems experience such as SAP, INX, SuccessFactors and Enable are essential
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Experience in monitoring mobilisation compliance and requirements e.g. booking medicals, trainings, PPE, site inductions and entry etc.
• Ability to work closely with site representatives and management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
• Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality
• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
