Job summary

Avina, a national allied health and behaviour support organisation with 400+ clinicians, is seeking a Speech Pathologist for Melbourne Southeast to support participants across Southeast and Outer Southeast in homes, schools, community and via telehealth.

You'll work in a multidisciplinary team with OT, Psychology and Behaviour Support, and travel Casey, Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Knox and Maroondah to build a dynamic caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology required.
• Current SPA membership, CPSP preferred or in progress.
• Neurodivergence-aware, person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services across home, school, community and telehealth.
• Complete assessments, planning and ongoing therapy.
• Manage a varied caseload with neurodivergence and disability.
• Collaborate with OT, psychology and behaviour support colleagues.
• Work autonomously while staying connected through MDT discussions.
• Participate in supervision and peer shadowing.
