HiQ Group is seeking skilled Mobile Plant Operators to join our team at the Bulla site in Melbourne, Victoria. Operators will work with excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, compactors and fuel trucks to support expanding operations.

These full‑time roles require a proactive attitude, a willingness to perform occasional manual tasks, and a commitment to safety. Shifts include Day, Afternoon and Night, with potential weekend work and pre‑employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, compactors or fuel & water trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant at the Bulla site to support ongoing operations.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and report any issues promptly.
