Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking experienced Heavy Mobile Plant Operators for mining, quarry, civil or similar heavy industry roles in a 7/7 roster. You will operate haul trucks, dozers, loaders, excavators, graders or water carts, supporting day-to-day site operations with safety as a priority.

The role offers day and night shifts with accommodation available for out-of-town candidates and a supportive, safety-focused team. Relevant licences and ability to work a 7/7 rotating roster are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy mobile plant in relevant environments.
• Experience in mining, quarry, civil or similar settings.
• Willingness to undergo site requirements and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of heavy mobile plant to support production and site operations.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards while working with the crew.
• Communicate clearly with team mates and supervisors and follow site procedures.
