Job summary

Crightons Rural Engineering in Hay South NSW is hiring a Mobile Plant Operator to support our operations. You will operate onsite plant and equipment, load and stockpile materials, and assist with site duties to maintain smooth production flow.

Required are a current driver’s licence, licensing to operate Front-End Loader and Excavator, and experience with earthmoving equipment. A strong safety emphasis is essential for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence.
• Licensed to operate plant equipment (Front-End Loader and Excavator).
• Experience operating earthmoving equipment (e.g., compactors, bulldozers).
• Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate onsite plant and equipment as required.
• Loading and stockpiling of materials.
• Direct traffic within the transfer station and provide general information to customers as required.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, roadways, and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition.
• Complete all records and paperwork accurately as directed.
• Collaborate with site team to meet production targets.

• Direct traffic within the transfer station and provide general information to customers as required
• Maintain all buildings, grounds, roadways, and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition always.
• Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
• Working collaboratively with the site team to meet production targets
