Exercare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver NDIS services across South East Melbourne in a mobile home-based setting. This role offers autonomy with a flexible 1–3 days per week schedule and client-led caseload growth.

You will bill through Exercare for the work completed, enabling you to focus on clinical care, reporting, and plan reviews for participants with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years post-graduation experience.
• Strong NDIS experience; fundable plan reviews for both plan-managed and self-managed participants.
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to apply).
• Reliable transport, a valid driver's licence and car insurance covering work-related driving.
• Comfortable working solo without day-to-day oversight.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for working with clients, families and Exercare remotely.

Responsabilités

• Deliver occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across South East Melbourne.
• Maintain control over your own caseload with flexible 1–3 days per week schedules.
• Complete functional capacity assessments, home-based supports, and evidence-based interventions.
• Bill for the work you complete through Exercare, focusing on clinical care.
• Prepare reports for plan reviews and navigate both plan-managed and self-managed funding.
